Vindicia, a trailblazer in subscription billing solutions, sought to break new ground by embracing a product-led growth strategy. They envisioned offering one of their subscription plans on a “try before you buy” basis, necessitating robust end-to-end ecommerce capabilities on their website.
VSURY embarked on a collaboration with Vindicia, meticulously crafting the buyer journey, mapping all key touchpoints along the way, and developing a communications strategy. By closely working with Vindicia’s internal engineers, we documented the technical requirements essential to bring our vision to life. We then created captivating content and user interface designs for both desktop and mobile web resolutions, as well as necessary email communications.
The outcome was a seamless and visually simplistic experience that combined good design with the essential functionalities needed to propel Vindicia into the ecommerce arena for the first time. This launch marked a significant milestone, further positioning Vindicia at the forefront of the digital subscription landscape.
